Background
This drink, properly called an Adam’s apple Martini, was created in 1997 at Lola’s in West Hollywood, California.
Ingredients
- 45ml Kettle one vodka.
- 15ml Vedrenne Pomme Verte apple liqueur.
- 30ml Fresh apple juice.
- 15ml lemon.
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake
- If you’re using fresh apple juice, double strain in to chilled glass.
