Appletini

Background

This drink, properly called an Adam’s apple Martini, was created in 1997 at Lola’s in West Hollywood, California.

Ingredients

• 45ml Kettle one vodka.
• 15ml Vedrenne Pomme Verte apple liqueur.
• 30ml Fresh apple juice.
• 15ml lemon.

Method

1.  Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2.  Shake
3.  If you’re using fresh apple juice, double strain in to chilled glass.
