Background
Tommy’s Margarita was invented by Tequila legend Julio Bermejo, in San Francisco’s Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant. The major difference is the use of Agave Nectar instead of orange liqueur, which gives the drink more preference for a better class of Tequila. This makes it the most preferred Margarita amongst bartenders around the world.
Ingredients
- 60ml Corralejo Anejo
- 30ml Fresh Lime juice
- 15ml Partida Agave Nectar
- Lime Wheel
- Maldon Sea Salt
Method
- Add ingredients to shaker.
- Salt rim an Old fashion Glass
- Shake
- Double strain into glass
