our twist on a classic that Irish whiskey can truly claim. Some say the song “its a long road to Tipperary” was written because of it others say the song inspired it what we can be sure of is it adorned the menus of The Savoy in London, Harrys New York Bar in Paris and The Waldorf Astoria in NYC. three ingredients that might not seems like they work on paper but definitely work in the glass. Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey, Amaro di Montenegro, and Chartreuse and bitter.


Ingredients

  • 30ml Teeling Small Batch
  • 20ml Amaro Di Montenegro
  • 10ml Chartreause
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitters

Method

  1. Add ingredients to working glass
  2. Stir
  3. Strain into Sherry glass
  4. Garnish
