The Pinkerton

August 24, 2016 by Manny Hendra

After a long ride to work on my Fixey after getting another Carp tattoo (that lets people know I have the spirit of a Samurai), I was contemplating my thoughts ….“It isn’t by getting out of the world that we become enlightened, but by getting into the world…by getting so tuned in that we can ride the waves of our existence and never get tossed because we become the waves.” I came up with an idea for a new cocktail.

Actually no, I’d just demolished few taco’s at the end of service and it’s time for desert. Way to cold to head out for a Chocolate run. So this is what I came up with.

Named after George Pinkerton

  2. Dry Shake.
  3. Add Ice, shake again.
  4. Double strain into a Coup.
