Made this little summer delight while doing the cocktail list for the Los Vida group, amazing on a warm day. The smoke from the Mezcal mixed in with the jam and Prosecco are just perfect.
Ingredients
- 30ml Alipus Joven Mezcal
- 10ml Mathilde Cassis Liqueur
- 20ml fresh lime
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon of plum jam
- 45ml of Calappiano Prosecco Extra Dry
Method
- Add all ingredients to shaker (minus the Prosecco and frozen berries)
- Shake vigorously to get the jam thorough
- Double strain into short glass
- Top up with Prosecco
