Ingredients
- 30ml Tanqueray gin
- 20ml Aperol
- 15ml Rhubarb & Ginger
- 10ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients
- Dry Shake
- Add ice and shake
- Double strain into an old fashion or Similar
- Garnish
