Made by Bipin Sunuwar from Bar Duddell’s in Hong Kong

It’s a refreshing cocktail for warm climates.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Tanqueray gin
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 15ml Rhubarb & Ginger
  • 10ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10ml Simple syrup
  • 1 whole egg white

Method

  1. Add all ingredients
  2. Dry Shake
  3. Add ice and shake
  4. Double strain into an old fashion or Similar
  5. Garnish

Fresh rhubarb caramelized with vanilla sugar and finish with edible flowers
