Passion’s Punch

Punch is the term for a wide assortment of drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, generally containing fruit or fruit juice. The drink was introduced from India to the United Kingdom in the early seventeenth century, and from there its use spread to other countries.

There is a an old saying with punches “One of Sour, Two of Sweet, Three of Strong, Four of Weak.” but its the Jambalaya of cocktails so let your creative juices flow.




6oml Flor De Cana 4 yr old

60ml Lemon Juice

60ml Passion fruit puree

30ml Simple syrup


Add ingredients to your working tin.

Shake well

Strain into a highball over ice
