This amazing cocktail using Kumquats and No3 London dry gin goes superbly with spicy food.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kumquats
  • Mint Leaves
  • 2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Orange Juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 50ml No3 London dry Gin

Method

  1. Muddle ingredients
  2. Shake
  3. Double Strain into a Coupe glass

Coupe Glass

Garnish

Espuma
Dried Blood Orange
Mint Leaves
Carvia kumquat homemade
