Brockman’s is like no other Gin, the unique recipe of exquisite botanicals and the patient steeping distillation process gives the gin it’s distinctive flavor . The botanicals are sourced from all over the world. These include angelica from Saxony, Bulgarian coriander and Juniper berries from Tuscany. The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing of citrus and aromatic wild berry. This creates an intensely smooth gin with a beautifully crafted taste that is sensual and daringly different.
Ingredients
Juniper, Blueberries, Blackberries, Cassia Bark, Liquor ice, Lemon Peel, Coriander, Angelica, Orange Peel, Almonds and Orris.
Appearance
Great Job on presentation, a beautiful crafted bottle with a sleek design. It just screams drink me.
Nose
On the nose, it’ ridiculously fragrant. Like any gin, the juniper is there, but it’s almost overwhelmed by the intense berry and citrus fruit notes. I’m not complaining it smells great.
Taste
It was smooth, it was flavorful, and the blend of botanicals really helped cover up the flavors that make most drinkers stay far far away from drinking gin with no mixer to balance. Also, while I was a bit skeptical from the beginning of how overly sweet the berries come across, they actually blend amazingly well with the coriander, and the citrus flavors of Brockmans.
